Tonight we are stopping at a campgrounds in Indiana. Dinner is done (crockpot popped a breaker so we had to cook once we plugged in). We passed through a little rain but it was mostly nice driving. We are all tired and ready for some sleep. The plan is to wake up early in the morning, and hit the road to get past Chicago. I drove for a few hours today :0)
We left home at 11 09. After two stops picking up some things at the hardware store and walmart we were on the road at 2 pm. We pulled into the campgrounds around 7:30. However our gps and our phones are saying different times so I'm not exactly sure what time it is until we talk to someone in the office tomorrow. So far so great.
And yes, I cried as we pulled out of the driveway this morning.
